IN small amounts we've been told by they who know, that chocolate is good for the heart and blood vessels, but now they're saying its also beneficial for reducing platelet clumping that enables to the blood to flow smoothly. Yippee and Yay~!

Cinnamon & Gloves: According to studies cinnamon and gloves can be helpful in preventing heart disease and diabetes. Components prove to be 30% effective via reducing inflammation/cholesterol in heart disease and controlling blood sugar in type II diabetes.

Ginger: Is a natural painkiller, and known to ease nausea as well as aid motion sickness, comparable to Dramamine. It's also anti-inflammatory---but now researchers have discovered ginger powder killed ovarian-cancer cells in the laboratory at a rate comparable to conventional chemotherapy drugs.

Turmeric: Is a popular spices [a relative to ginger] used in curry sauces, it is also anti-inflammatory. Some studied have proven it to be as effective in reducing inflammation as Ibuprofen. Currently through research it's shown significant reduction in prostrate tumor growth in mice.

Ok, I'm thinking chocolate chip, ginger, glove, cinnamon--oats [for fiber], with a dash of turmeric Christmas cookies, Oh and don't forget the nuts---Haaa~!
