  you should find out whats causing it and change that while treating.
  
  simply- water more water
  herbal tea - cornsilk tea
  if you have an inflamed kidney though you should go and have that checked out to find out why its going on.
  
  avoid - dairy and caffine
  also avoid nutrasweet if you dont already.

  Kidney inflammation can be serious. Get the urine tests and blood tests done before moving forward with a treatment.
